We at KOTA^fx have the refund policy of fee made within 7 days of enrolment or the transaction, not beyond 7 days. All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which payments were made initially. Any extra charges borne by the customer such as bank transaction fees, service fees or processing fees will not be refunded. We will not pay any interest on the refund At the time of refund the customer has to share invoice details along with bank details All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
